You will have your own dedicated i-COACH, who will get to know you focusing on the issues and challenges you face. For people looking to build networks, we also connect i-pupils in collaborative learning forums where you will benefit from sharing learning across industries and disciplines.

Our online resources include blogs, how-to videos, webinars and a variety of teaching material and templates for you to use in your improvement activities.

Eco

Perfect for small-scale improvement activities or that regular sense check for more established teams
Access to online materials and one hour of individual coaching credits per month (minimum six months)

Standard

Perfect for larger improvement activities that would benefit from an extra outside perspective each week to discuss multiple projects and key issues
Access to online materials and four hours of individual coaching credits per month (minimum six months)

Specialist

For specialist intense change programmes that require that extra focus, effort and support
Access to online materials and eight hours of individual coaching credits per month (minimum six months)

Intensive

One-off improvement activities or skill set development of continuous improvement teams
Access to online materials and one hour of individual coaching credits per week for 12 weeks
