Over 16,000 students from hundreds of schools across the UK descended on London recently for the Young Enterprise Final Awards 2018, where the iNNiTi effect’s Director Alexandra Poole was on hand at three finals between April and July as a judge of the entries (Disney), guest speaker (BCLP) and event host (HSBC, Canary Wharf).

Young Enterprise is a charity organisation that fosters and promotes entrepreneurship amongst students, by enabling and empowering them to develop practical personal and business skills, and Alexandra credits it with igniting her passion for business when she was younger:

“Young Enterprise were fantastic to me; giving me essential skills that I wouldn’t have developed in school – so it feels great to be able to repay them by getting involved with the Final Awards. My congratulations go to SureLight from St Paul’s School in London, who demonstrated dedication and tenacity in their newly-formed student business – they’re worthy winners!”.
