We’re delighted to announce that Sharing in Growth UK (SiG) has appointed Alexandra Poole of the iNNiTi effect to the team of industry professionals delivering effective change management programmes focused on sustainable business improvement, adding value and increasing skills to businesses within the UK aerospace sector.

Established in 2013 and funded by industry and the Regional Growth Fund, Sharing in Growth is delivering a £250M programme of intensive four-year business transformation to around 60 UK suppliers. The goal of this ambitious and innovative programme is to improve the global competitiveness of the country’s supply chain, and is backed by the UK Aerospace Supply Chain Competitiveness Charter.

Alexandra said “With the expectation that the aerospace industry will double in size over the next decade, now is the perfect time for suppliers to capitalise on this growth opportunity.

“By challenging a company’s everyday practices and employing practical solutions to address profitability, sustainability and improve workforce skillsets, we can contribute to the growth of our own economy, create new job opportunities and deliver social impact for the benefit of us all. I am very much looking forward to working with the Sharing in Growth programme beneficiaries to effect change in their businesses”.
